Breckon Farms bred trotting winners on both sides of the Tasman last week.
They were Triumph Stride (What The Hill-Regal Volo), who finished resolutely from three deep on the marker pegs to notch his third success in a career-best 1:58 at Menangle, and his close relative Regal Girl (What The Hill-Regal Love), who overcame a 20 metre handicap to post win No. 6 at Cambridge Raceway.
Regal Girl has banked $135,005 in stakemoney.
Sweet Dior (Sweet Lou-Carpen Dior) maintained her consistent form when she led throughout at a 1:55.8 rating at the Albion Park midweek meeting. She has now won seven races and $63,343.
To round out the week, Rock The Nation (Rocknroll Hanover-Stateofthenation) came from last to capture a heat of the Waratah series at Wagga (NSW) in a new lifetime mark of 1:53.8 over 1740 metres. It was the gelding’s 15th success and improved his stake tally to $146,397.
