NZB Standardbred Draft 2022

Seeing as we all have a little time on our hands at the moment, we thought we'd help you fill some of it in.

We think now is the perfect time to start your NZB Standardbred Sales 2022 study, we all need something to look forward too!

We're excited to once again present a draft full of quality Standardbred Yearlings from world class families that are consistently producing elite performers.

Of our 2020 draft, over 66% have already been seen on the track and they have not been shy of the spotlight. In The Spotlight, has secured a Group 1 for Team Bond and here in New Zealand Cosmic Major and Wy Fi have both had Group race podium finishes.

92% of our 3YO draft have also won a race. This is the draft of elite performers Hot and Treacherous, Kyvalley Hotspur, I See Fire and Bettor Call Me.

They join the Graduates honour roll that also includes King of Swing, Willow Bay, American Pride, Cash N Flow, Pace N Pride, Regal Attire who all fly the Breckon Farms flag high.

With a proven model that see's modern bloodlines offered to the market, we once again have the utmost faith in the horses we're offering at Karaka in February 2022.

Prepared on New Zealand made Dunstan Horsefeeds, under the watchful eye of their expert team, and raised on the rolling Waikato hills our horses are given every chance for long and successful on track careers.

As with 2021, we will update you on the progress of our draft as they work towards sales day on Sunday February 13th. We will present videos and images of each yearling closer to Sales time and candid shots can be found on our facebook page throughout the preparation process.
