Breckon Farms once again has a good number of farm-bred or foaled, owned or related horses lining up to race this weekend.

THURSDAY

On Thursday over at Penrith in Race 6 is Art I Special who hasn’t been firing of late, so will need some marked improvement to feature in this.

At Swan Hill in Race 4 is Some Change who was run down after leading last time, so will need to put his best foot forward in this field with plenty of runners with good form.

FRIDAY

On Friday at Auckland in Race 2 is Gladamare who uncharacteristically galloped in the score-up last time, so should be forgiven for that and was a good winner the start before, so must rate highly from her handy draw in this. In Race 3 is Joshua Richard who was a good last-start 3rd placing on debut and will command a lot of respect after that good effort. In Race 5, the Hydroflow Mobile Pace, is Ruby Rose who was rundown into 3rd placing last week and from a handy draw here should be in the money again.

Over at Kilmore in Race 10 is Rock Tonight who has been struggling with his form and comes up with the outside Front Row draw here, so it won’t be easy.

At Launceston in Race 5 is Stylish Trend who was a good 2nd placing last Friday from a stand as this is, then backed-up again on Sunday to have a hard run, pulling out 3-wide most of the race and finished last, but off the Front again here can bounce back.

At Bunbury in Race 4 is Heza Head Honcho who has got out and led in his last 3-starts, so expect him to be handy and fighting out the finish here. In Race 5 is Purest Silk who led and won well from the ace last week, so from another handy draw should be doing the same.

SATURDAY

On Saturday over at Albion Park in Race 3 is Vasari who was a handy enough 4th placing last week and will need to maintain his improvement to get some of this. In Race 4 is Rocking who was a very good 3rd placing last time from well back in a fast run mile, but has the inside 2nd Row draw to overcome here, so will need some luck, but is certainly capable of getting some of this.

In Race 6 the Gr.1 Queensland Oaks are Our Princess Tiffany and Miss Streisand who finished 1-2 in the South East Oaks last week and must rate a great chance of repeating the dose again this week. In Race 8 is Cash N Flow who had been racing extremely well until his last-start failure, but is capable of getting some place money here behind the hot-pot Colt Thirty One.

At Newcastle in Race 3 is Laceys Lad who broke and finished last 2-weeks ago when resuming, but is capable of bouncing back here. In Race 4 are Bite The Bullet who has finished a couple of good 4th placings in his last 2-starts, but will need to be on his game here and Liukin who was a good winner 3-back on the course, then received a flat tyre in his next start so can be forgiven, but then finished at the tail last week, so will have to be taken on trust.

At Melton in Race 2 is Selling The Dream who led and was rundown into 4th placing last week and has been racing well this campaign, so from the ace draw over 1720m here should be right in it. In Race 6 is Pocket Thedeal who was a tough winner last week off a 2nd Row draw and has been racing well, so should be right in this from his handy draw this time.

At Globe Derby Park in Race 6 is Burnaholeinmypocket who led and won last-start at Mildura and despite his outside 2nd Row draw here, should have too much class for them.

At Gloucester Park in Race 10 is Ctheballerina who never got into her race last time here, but in this field with the right run certainly can feature.

SUNDAY

On Sunday over at Redcliffe in Race 8 is Bronze Ecstasy who was an OK 4th placing at Albion Park on Tuesday and was a good 2nd on this course prior, so from a handy draw should be competitive in this.

At Warragul in Race 6 is Emiliana who broke in the running last week, so will need to be on his game to get some of this.

At Hobart in Race 3 is Stylish Trend who was a good 2nd placing last Friday, then backed-up again on Sunday to have a hard run, pulling out 3-wide most of the race and finished last, but from a handy draw here over 1609m is capable of bouncing back.
