Vettel (5g American Ideal / Talks To Angels by Bettor’s Delight) won at Albion Park on the 30th July where he started from No.3 in the 1660m sprint and went forward to end up parked, but challenged coming around the final bend to hit the lead and went on to win by 1.1m in a 1:54.3 Mile Rate to now have 14 wins & 13 placings for $82,151 – bred by Breckon Bloodstock Ltd.

Tuas Delight (6g Bettor’s Delight / Tuapeka Pocket by In The Pocket) won at Gloucester Park also on the 30th July drawing No.2 on the 2nd Row for the 2536m he managed to get through into the 1x1 and remained there until turning for home, where he came out 3-wide to nab the lead about 20m from home and win by a neck to now have 7 wins & 15 placings for $75,868 – bred by Ryder Bloodstock Ltd.

Art I Special (10g Artsplace / Vicario by Soky’s Atom) won at Bankstown on the 2nd August where he drew No.1 to lead before handing-up to take the trail for the 2140m journey, with no changes in the order, he came out of the trail turning for home and got up to win by a short half head and now has 12 wins & 36 placings for $95,338 – bred by RA & JV Yarndley.

Rocking (7m Rocknroll Hanover / Megandy by Life Sign) won at Albion Park on the 3rd August, starting from No.3 she was slow away and with only one behind her in the 6-horse field, with a round-to-go she moved out to be 3-back in the running line, before moving up to sit level with the leader rounding the last bend and had a real tussle coming down the home straight to get up in a very close finish, that the Race Caller wouldn’t call and the official margin was a short half head (nose) in a 1:56.3 Mile Rate for the 2138m to now have 12 wins & 19 placings for $95,086 – bred by Breckon Bloodstock Ltd.

Placed horses this week were Some Change 2nd at Bendigo, Typhoon Stride 3rd at Menangle, Sea Change 2nd at Cambridge, Kruizr 3rd at Addington, Vasari 2nd at Albion Park, Bite The Bullet 3rd and Liukin 3rd both at Newcastle, Ctheballerina 3rd at Northam.
